Open Top Burners:26,000 BTU/hr, cast iron burner with venturi. Standing pilot for each burner. 12" x 24" heavy duty cast iron top grates. Full
width crumb/drip tray removable. Chrome plated cast metal knobs.
Griddle: 3/4" thick highly polished plate. 20,000 BTU/hr burner for every 12" of griddle surface. Griddle located on the left side of range standard. Manual control gas valves are standard.
Thermostatic control and 1" thick plate available as option with upcharge.
Oven: Solid welded front frame. Stainless steel lift off door. Porcelain finish on sides, door, and bottom. 35,000 BRU/hr steel burner. One chrome plated rack, two rack positions. Adjustable
thermostat control: 150 F to 500 F (66 C to 260 C). 100% safety pilot with matchless, push button ignition. Dimensions: 26-1/2" wide x 22-1/2" deep x 14" high.
Size: Overall depth of 30" including flue/back guard. Cooking height (with legs or optional casters) is 36". Overall height with flue/back guard is 56". Model # code –
